WELCOME TO THE SALSA LAB

Thank you for visiting our site. Our goal is to introduce the San Francisco Bay Area communities to Cuban salsa and Rueda de Casino. Our salsa classes focus on helping our students develop their skills, creativity and appreciation for the art of dancing and music. We expose our students to different types of music, Timba, Cuban Salsa, Salsa, Son and Cha Cha Cha. We offer a relaxed and fun environment for the beginner, intermediate & advanced dancer. As the name implies, this is “The Lab”, a place where you can learn the formula, develop the formula, mix formulas and ultimately, create your own formula!
